About Us

Introduction

The central focus of the office of Dr. Bernstein is cosmetic and restorative dentistry.

By incorporating both art and science along with superior clinical skills, we provide our patients with dentistry of the highest quality.  Our friendly and knowledgeable team strives to make your visit the best experience you have ever had in a dental office.

We listen to your concerns and teach you about all available options in order to help you keep your teeth for a lifetime.  We are dedicated to superior care and constantly strive to keep abreast of state-of-the-art developments in the field of dentistry, so that we may provide the best possible care for our patients.

There are certain aspects of our appearance, like our smile, that once altered can make a remarkable difference.  How often we smile - not to mention its quality - makes a statement about how we're feeling in the given moment, and plays a significant role in how we are perceived by others.

Financial Policy

We are committed to providing you with the best dental care possible. We are pleased to discuss our professional fees with you at any time. Your clear understanding of our financial policy is important to our professional relationship. Please feel free to ask if you have any questions about our fees, insurance, financial responsibility or office policy.

Our office requires that you pay your portion of the fee in full at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, check, Mastercard, Visa, or Discover. We also have a payment option called CareCredit.

CareCredit is a credit card specifically developed for health services that provides interest-free options for a 3, 6 or 12 months, depending on the amount financed.

Insurance

Insurance is a benefit offered by your employer, it is not a method of payment. We will help you maximize your benefits, but we will not let insurance dictate treatment. Did the insurance company examine your mouth to determine your dental needs?

When you have dental treatment performed, we will tell you your approximate co-pay. This is only an estimate. Once insurance pays, your account will be credited or debited accordingly. We deal with hundreds of insurance companies and it is impossible to keep up with constant changes in the industry.
